Booking
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as you will be required to complete a client medical card. Late arrival may mean a reduced treatment time. All times quoted include treatment, preparation and consultation time.
Treatments and facilities are not suitable for under 16yr olds.
Special Considerations
If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, have had cancer or have any other medical condition, we advise you to consult a doctor before undertaking any Spa treatment.
Courtesy
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off on entry to Spa facilities to ensure peace and tranquillity for all. Correct fitness attire is necessary to use the gymnasium and pool.
Cancellations
Individual Bookings - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.
Group Bookings (3 or more persons) & Package Days - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointments made.
The Management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at anytime without prior notice.
