Payment:

All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 

The full price for each stay, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, are to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque with current banker’s card, MasterCard, Visa, Diners or American Express.  We are unable to accept Maestro or Solo cards as a form of guarantee or payment either via our website or Central Reservations Office. 

Please note if you pay with a credit card a £2.50 transaction fee will be charged. No fee will be charged if you pay with a debit card.

Pre payment is taken prior to arrival and charged to your credit card when any promotional rates are booked and is non refundable and non transferable. Credit card details are taken only as a booking guarantee for all other rates unless where detailed.

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual Venue and are subject to availability. Prices may be restricted or may not apply at some of the Venues at certain times.


Special Arrangements:

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.


Cancellations / Amendments by Us:

Pre payment is taken prior to arrival and charged to your credit card when any promotional rates are booked and is non refundable and non transferable. Credit card details are taken only as a booking guarantee for all other rates unless where detailed. The full price for each stay, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full, before departure.

Your credit card will be charged for the full amount if you fail to settle your account before departure. You may cancel your non promotional reservation up until 12 noon on the day of arrival without incurring a cancellation charge. If your reservation is cancelled after this time or in the event of a non arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply and charged to your
credit card.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or, 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made on a promotional rate and rebook on an alternative date – subject to availability.


Your money is safe:

In the unlikely event of insolvency, any pre-payments made by you for packages sold within the meaning of Travel Holidays and Package Tours regulations 1992 are secured by a trust of which Messrs Hammond Suddards Trustees Limited are independent Trustees, c/o Wrigleys Solicitors, 19 Cookridge Street, Leeds LS2 3AG.


Car Parks:

Most Venues have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Properties which have a car park charge in place are as follows -
Royal Bath, Bournemouth: £15 per night – parking is on a first come first served basis
The Grand, Brighton: £25 per night – parking is on a first come first served basis
Grand Harbour, Southampton: £5 per night
University Arms, Cambridge: £14 per night – parking is on a first come first served basis


Pet Policy:

With the exception of assistant dogs, no dogs are allowed in any of the De Vere Venues properties or De Vere Hotel Grand Harbour.

All other De Vere Hotels & Resorts will accept pets but local charges will apply, please contact the hotel directly for further information on charges.

Cots and extra beds are available in most of our properites, however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking.
