De Vere Venues has an exciting and innovative venture which will see the historic Fire Station building in Tooley Street, SE1, London, refurbished into a bar & bistro, cook school plus a dedicated event and private dining space, which will be branded as 'Brigade'.

Brigade offers three different experiences:

• Brigade Private Dining - with themed rooms, perfect for private dining and hosting an event, complete with their own chef and kitchen.
• Brigade Cook School - your chance to learn how a top chef works – and enjoy the results
