Regarded as one of the liveliest and most interesting cities in the UK, Brighton is a perpetually popular tourist destination. Whether staying in a hotel on the Brighton seafront or tucked away at a boutique hotel in Brighton there's always something exciting happening in and around its busy streets. It is noted for its fun atmosphere, which helps to attract thousands of visitors every year. From the pier to the Pavilion and the quirky Lanes in between, there is a lot to discover across this compact city.

Brighton became a popular destination as a health resort in the 18th century and its popularity increased with the advent of a railway connection with London - a factor that still makes it popular with day trippers to this day. The Grand Hotel, which is one of Brighton's most famous seafront landmarks, was also built in this 19th century tourism boom.

Visitors to Brighton should take a walk along the seafront and discover the many bars and clubs that lie under the promenade's arches - and while the beach may be pebbly - it is ideal as a great place to kick back and unwind. There are several other attractions on the seafront including the Volks Railway, the Sealife Centre and Yellowave Beach Spots - which offers everything from beach volleyball to wall climbing.

Further afield from Brighton there are many attractive villages situated in the idyllic South Downs. The annual London to Brighton Bike Ride passes through many of these, including a summiting of the notorious Ditchling Beacon en route to the city. The South Downs Way also passes to the north of Brighton and is a very popular choice with walkers, runners and cyclists in search of great terrain and spectacular sea views.

Businesses looking for a conference venue or training rooms in Brighton need look no further for some top of the range options. The flexible packages for Brighton training rooms and conference venues mean that up to 800 attendees can be accommodated with all technology and catering provisions taken care of.
