Recently refurbished, Redmond's is set to become the destination restaurant in the North West this year. Come and sample the classic dishes inventively prepared using local ingredients.
Watch the chefs cook in our fine dining restaurant. Recently relaunched, Redmond's is set on several tiers; You'll be able to find an intimate corner or be centre of attention. Here you'll be served the freshest Cheshire produce. Don't miss the loin of Gloucester old spot or the spectacular cheese tray, with a selection of the best tangy local cheeses.

Clubhouse Restaurant
A warm summer's morning. The sun shining over the golf course. A delicious meal, served on the terrace, that perfectly suits your laid back mood. This is heaven.
Our new Clubhouse Restaurant has just opened and it is a great place for an informal drink or bite. Let our Restaurant Manager Laura take you through the delicious food on offer: Choose between light snacks to go with a morning cup of tea or coffee, the moreish "golfers' fodder", or a mouthwateringly prepared, classic British meal (leaving room for dessert).
Food is served from 8 am until 5 pm, but you can always order a quick drink as the sun sets over the course. The restaurant is open to golfers, guests and other visitors.
Our fabulous Clubhouse Restaurant is just two minutes stroll from the hotel. Sit out on the terrace and watch the golfers finish their round, as you savour a delicious light snack or more classic meal.
The Brasserie

This delightful restaurant accommodates all tastes serving anything you might want, from light snacks all the way up to a full three course meal. Morgan's Bar
Morgan's is a very welcoming lounge bar. You'll find businessmen tapping away on their laptops in one corner, while other guests pop in for a chat over a cup of coffee before a session in the Spa.
It's easy to settle into Morgan's Bar, an informal and relaxed space, with high backed chairs and sofas upholstered in modern fabrics. Throughout the day food and drinks are served to match the time - morning coffee, light lunches, afternoon cream teas; then, in the evening, aperitifs and wine pre dinner and perhaps a night cap before you head to bed.
It just wouldn't be a holiday without a sumptuous cream tea. Tempt yourself at Morgan's one afternoon, or visit the bar at night to linger over the splendid selection of whiskies.
Trainee Sommellier Sarah Weaver is keen to learn all she can about drinks served in the hotel, so you may well find her serving behind Morgan's Bar discovering how to mix Margheritas as well as advising on the smoothest Merlots.
In Season
Our head chef Robert Price is passionate about using local produce, ideally sourced within 15 miles of the hotel. He scours the markets and supports local suppliers, believing that the tastiest dishes come from the freshest ingredients.
