Brasserie
The Brasserie, our main hotel restaurant, has a great reputation for serving fantastic British meals.
Our head chef insists on sourcing as many products as possible from local Lancashire suppliers, because we believe that the freshest ingredients make the best tasting dishes - we are sure you will agree. After an enjoyable meal, many guests linger for a cup of coffee or a late drink.
You can order from fixed price menus or choose something special a la carte.

Lunch:
We do not open for Sunday lunch carvery but will run one for any special requests – minimum party size 25 guests.

Nineteen
A great informal restaurant and bar, serving delicious dishes all day. With an outdoor deck that overlooks the 18th green, it's perfect on a summer evening.
Guests and golfers mingle throughout the day at this popular diner. Early birds tuck into the Sunrise menu and during the day take their pick of snacks, sharing dishes or meals. As evening draws in, people relax with a drink or meal indoors or outside on the patio deck.

Waterside Bar
This quiet and stylish bar is equally suitable for a cup of tea in the morning and late night drink.
If you fancy a lazy morning, find a quiet spot and read the paper with a delicious cappuccino. In the afternoon, you might find a quick business meeting going on over a glass of beer in a corner. Come evening, cocktails are served and later, The Waterside becomes a guests only late lounge.
