Brasserie
The Brasserie, our main hotel restaurant, has a great reputation for serving fantastic British meals.
Our head chef insists on sourcing as many products as possible from local Lancashire suppliers, because we believe that the freshest ingredients make the best tasting dishes - we are sure you will agree. After an enjoyable meal, many guests linger for a cup of coffee or a late drink.
You can order from fixed price menus or choose something special a la carte.

Sunday lunch carvery is open from 1pm through until 3pm every Sunday including live musician.
