We love hosting wedding receptions at Herons' Reach and will do all we can to make the day extra special. Our enthusiastic wedding co-ordinator Sarah Hargreaves has planned many weddings and will help you to arrange the big day, incorporating your own ideas and wishes. We'll look after everything from the Civil Ceremony, to the Wedding Breakfast and the lavish Evening Reception.

Civil Ceremonies & Partnerships at Herons’ Reach
Herons` Reach holds a licence for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships. The Suite areas are as follows and a room hire charge will apply. This fee is in addition to the registrar fee and includes a red carpet, bay trees and bows to co-ordinate with your colour scheme, table and chairs for the registrar, tea lights for the table and the appropriate number of chairs for your guests.

Although you may book your wedding date at the hotel at any time, you are able to book your Ceremony with the registrar from twelve months prior to your wedding date. For availability and further guidance contact the Registrar in the Blackpool area.

Herons’ Reach Function Suites
Herons’ Suite
Our largest suite caters from 150 to 350 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 425 guests for an evening reception. Two undercover outdoor terrace areas are attached to the suite which overlooks the scenic greens of the golf course. The Herons’ suite can be divided into the Wentworth and St. Andrews suite which cater for smaller numbers.
Wentworth Suite
Our Wentworth suite has a private stepped entrance and a modern bar within the room to maintain a party atmosphere for your evening reception. This suite caters from 50 to 160 for a wedding breakfast and up to 180 for an evening reception.
St. Andrews Suite
Our St. Andrews suite is attached to an external bar and lounge area for your guests to relax in and can be divided into two smaller suites should you wish to have a small, intimate, ceremony or wedding breakfast. This suite caters from 20 to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 150 for an evening reception.
