The name might be New Place but this Grade I listed manor house, designed by renowned architect Edwin Lutyens and set in 32 acres of lush parkland, is full of period charm. Getting to us couldn’t be easier, with access from the M3 and M27 and nearby rail links to London. We are also set directly between Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester.

We also have a modern state of the art management centre and a complete self contained event suite, the Arden Suite.

When you’re ready for downtime after a busy day, we have a great health club to help you where you can take a dip in our indoor pool. We’ve got a tennis court for a knockabout and even a 4x4 driving arena to get the adrenaline pumping. Then relax in the bar with a drink, before enjoying a local dish in our restaurant.
