Eating & Drinking

Award winning Oscar's with a mouth-watering a la carte menu. The Lounge with its cream teas and Cafe Promenade with its views of the Bay. This is dining at Royal Bath.

With three sumptuous restaurants serving mouth-watering food to choose from, the only question is which one?

Great British dishes using top quality seasonal ingredients and passionate chefs preparing each mouthful to perfection.

Our Director of Food and Beverage, Paul Muddiman (formerly of Simpson's on the Strand) believes that the best dishes are made with the freshest ingredients. Where possible, we cook with seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers. Bon appetit.

Oscar's Restaurant

The classic British dishes, often prepared with a delicious seasonal flavour, are award winners; the wine list extensive; the service knowledgeable and attentive.

Named after regular hotel guest Oscar Wilde, Oscar's is a special place to dine. The food is divine, the atmosphere intimate and the staff ready with recommendations of sublime meals and wine.

We make full use of our fabulous location, with freshly landed fish (try the Cornish seabass) and shellfish a regular feature. Dorset spring lamb and New Forest venison are also favourites.

Oscar's boasts a dual menu, with an a la carte menu complemented by a ‘Great British Classics' choice, worthy of fine wines from the extensive list.
