The venue’s two beautiful buildings, the 19th century Mill and the 17th century  inn The Old Swan, with origins back to the 14th century, offer you somewhere truly memorable to host your training or business event. And we couldn’t be easier to get to - our village of Minster Lovell is just 15 miles from Oxford with direct train links to London.

Hold your meetings under the historic beams of our 15 fully-equipped meeting rooms, high on technology and with all the equipment you need, yet full of unique rustic charm. Whatever you need, we can provide, and make sure you have the perfect bespoke business experience for you. Our 60 acres of grounds offer fresh air, quiet walking and jogging, with free maps available from reception. We can organise trout fishing close by on the river for those who want to cast off, or if you’re feeling energetic, have a game on our tennis or basketball courts. Enjoy a drink in our unique bar and local dishes in the restaurant.
