Restaurant 17 gets rave reviews. You will find it at the front of the hotel overlooking the busy life of Regent Street. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also exciting, with a fabulous menu and passionate chefs. Try the King's Lynn brown shrimps as a starter. If you would like something from the grill, the Norfolk Red Poll fillet is sublime.

- Starters include home cured Scottish salmon. The Saffron Walden pigeon breast and the King's Lynn shrimps are also very tempting.
- For main courses, we have fish, poultry and meat dishes. There are vegetarian options - try the rocket and sun-blush tomato risotto -and a grill menu too.
- Desserts are simply delicious, including classic English apples and custard.

Parker's Bar
An elegant bar at the heart of the hotel, where everyone comes to meet, whether for a quick snack at lunch time, a beer during a meeting break or a chilled glass of chablis in the evening.
A wide selection of drinks. A light-filled room with period features and views over Parker's Piece. Convivial atmosphere and a warm Cambridge welcome, all day long.
The best way to describe Parker's Bar is ‘informal elegant'. It's the place in the hotel that guests gravitate towards throughout the day. People meet for tea or coffee and tasty light meals are served. As the day wears on, it takes on a cocktail bar atmosphere. Guests converge for a drink before a night on the town or a pre-dinner aperitif.
