Warbrook House and Grange built by the 18th century architect John James, is tucked away in the middle of 130 acres of spectacular woodland and manicured parks on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. But despite its seclusion, this Grade I listed mansion house couldn’t be easier to get to - Heathrow Airport, the M3 and M4 are nearby, plus fast rail links to London’s Paddington and Waterloo stations from nearby Reading.

With this much space to think in, it’s a great spot for opening the mind and expanding horizons, whether you’re holding a one-to-one meeting or a training course. We’ve 8 fully-equipped, high-tech meeting rooms, all with free wireless Internet access – and an expert team to create the perfect bespoke business event solution for you. Whatever you need, we can provide, including chances to wind down at the end of the business day, with a walk or a game of croquet in our grounds.

Bedrooms: 74 new stylish design, en suite, free high speed internet access in the main house, LCD TV with Sky Channels, DDI Telephones, tea and coffee tray.  (Please note 43 of the bedrooms are located at the Grange which is a 3 minute walk from the main house.)

Food & Drink: Restaurant & bar. On Fridays and Saturdays there is no restaurant and bar available due to private functions, however, we do have a superb selection of local pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Free flowing cappuccinos, lattes and green tea stations, internet cafe
