I’m slowly coming back down to earth after being on cloud nine for a few days! 

The day was perfect from start to finish and we are so blessed that we actually got to have our wedding day! Despite the extremely difficult circumstances everyone was facing we couldn’t have felt anymore loved. From the Horsley Towers wedding team to all our suppliers and our lovely guests who made our day one to remember.  

My husband James and I would just like to say a huge thank you to you for being an amazing wedding coordinator. I don’t think I could have got through without you! 

A huge thank you to Horsley towers team, especially Sheldon because he was as cool as a cucumber and made me feel so relaxed and calm from Wednesday 18th when we did decoration drop, to the end of his shift on the 20th! Everything went so smoothly.

We had a wonderful wedding at The Towers thank you.

Rafa was fantastic! He went that extra mile ensuring we had the best day ever. 

Charles our photographer was amazing - can’t wait to see our photos!  He has such a wonderful way of asking people to stand here or adjust clothing etc. A true professional. I will of course let you have a look at the photos when they arrive.

We will contact you in the future to book our return anniversary stay!

We would both like to take this opportunity to thank your entire staff for the amazing job they did to make our Wedding Day the best day of our lives. 

@Kate from day one when we first visited Horsley Towers looking for a venue, you made us feel like our wedding was the most important thing in the world. Of course the venue speaks for itself, but the first impressions you gave us was a major reason for us choosing yourselves above other venues.

Your whole team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have made us feel like nothing was too small to make our day everything we wanted. Lucie’s  coordinating was extremely helpful and the support provided was greatly appreciated.

We would also like to mention Sheldon who on the day was absolutely fantastic. He did not stop the entire day, helping us with every possible detail and making sure we were at ease the entire time when nerves were at a premium! His expertise and calmness throughout were a huge asset and he made us feel very important on the day too, which was so nice to experience.

Rafa, Jose and the bar staff who kept the night going too…and who could forget the efforts of Steve as our toastmaster, and the associate he had shadowing him on the day. Literally everyone made it all come together and so, so special.

As you can tell we are positively beaming about it all and we have had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they had been to and how beautiful the venue was. So once again, thank you so much for everything.

Having got married down the road at St Mary’s Church, it was a delight for us and our guests to be welcomed at Horsley Towers for the reception. Being November, the weather wasn’t great for photos outside, but the Cloisters and Chapel at the Towers gave us a perfect location for those special shots.

Horsley Towers was impressive yet warm and homely, the team were attentive and friendly yet discrete, and we had an absolutely wonderful day!

Our guests with special dietary needs were catered for brilliantly, and our evening guests were looked with the same enthusiasm and care. The Great Hall worked perfectly with the Bar for us, and we danced until midnight before slipping away to our beautiful bedroom just upstairs.

Thank you Isabel, Lucie and Gabby for accommodating our unusual requests and looking after us so well :)

We honestly can’t thank any of you enough for your all your help and support before and during the wedding. Isabel, thank you for your professionalism when answering my numerous call and emails and for putting my mind at rest when planning the wedding.

Gabby and Beth were amazingly the day before the wedding and on the day. Thank you to Gabby for going over and above by threading all of the wooden hearts with ribbon, she honestly was such a saviour. You really did make us feel ‘at home’ and allowed us to get on with what we needed to do with no hitches. Beth, thank you everything you did in the evening and for the smooth running of the final events. The food was also amazing and everyone really enjoyed it throughout the day. The toast master, Steve, was truly marvellous. Everyone loved the tour and he did a great job at making us all feel at ease.

In all, everyone at Horsley Estate made us, our families and friends extremely welcome and for going over an above. It made our day so special. I really can’t rate any of you highly enough and while the beautiful surroundings obviously helped, it was the care you all took to make sure everything ran smoothly that made the day just out of this world.

As an additional point, we used your recommended suppliers for the DJ, Mirror, flowers and fireworks and they all did an exceptional job.

We honestly can’t thank any of you enough and our friends and family have all said how amazing the venue and the day was. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough.

We look forward to returning next year on our anniversary!

Just a quick email to say thank you for all your help in the run up to the wedding. We had a lovely time despite the weather.

Thank you also to Luke who ran the day very well despite surely being knackered - he never stopped! The girl who took over in the evening was great too although we can’t remember her name!

The food was brilliant, thank you to Ollie, and I have had multiple guests say to me in the days after the wedding that they were amazed that salmon could be cooked so succulently in large quantities.

My Husband and I have been impressed with Kate, Isabel, Gabby, Andreas, our chef and all of the staff at Horsley Towers from our initial viewing to our wedding day.  They went to great lengths to ensure we were happy and for that we are truly grateful.  Although other wedding suppliers let us down on our day, the experience we received when we arrived at Horsley Towers on our wedding day was unforgettable, reassuring and wonderful.  We highly recommend.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and beautiful venue.  We have no hesitation in recommending you for weddings and work functions.

Sorry for my very late reply, we seem to have been the only people on our honeymoon with no sustained wifi and I don’t know where time has gone since coming back!

We had the most amazing day Isabel, absolutely beyond expectations - we are so grateful for your work as a team to not only create but execute the day with such care and professionalism. Nothing was too much across the board. We will write with feedback before the month is through, it was absolutely perfect and that was echoed by all of our guests who loved their time at the Towers.

Dear Kate,

Thank you so much for giving Gem & Adam a dream wedding.

Everything was beautiful and elegant right down to the finest details. The setting is out of a fairytale picture book. The accommodations were lovely, comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and the staff were the best anyone could ask for. They were all just very well trained, friendly and helpful. Any problems that needed to be solved or detail that needed attention, the staff took care of with wonderful grace. I can really tell the staff enjoy their job and put their hearts into the Horsley Towers. Everyone said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. It was above and beyond ours expectations.

Thanks to Isabel, Gabby, Ginta and the rest of the team (Front & Back of house). You do have a fantastic team as well as a beautiful venue.

I wanted to send you a quick email to say how much Mike and I enjoyed our menu tasting last night.

All the staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Please pass on our thanks to Andreas, Johnny and Tom for all their help. It was a brilliant service all evening and we could not have been happier. The reception staff were also very helpful, and the food was wonderful - we’re so excited to get to the day now, just so we can eat it again!

We are so pleased we chose De Vere Horsley Estate as our wedding venue and I think it’s important to say thank you when people to things really well, so thank you :)

Apologies for not emailing sooner! I feel like the time since our wedding has gone so quickly!! 

We had such a wonderful day, it really did meet and even exceed our expectations. We just want to do it all over again now! 

Thank you so much for all of your help with everything, we really do appreciate it. You were so lovely to work with and very patient in answering my constant questions!! We also wanted to say that Iwona (apologies if this spelling is incorrect) was absolutely wonderful and so helpful the night before our wedding when my sister and I came to set up the room where myself and the bridesmaids got ready. She was also so attentive on our wedding day and a really lovely person to have around. She even brought up my bouquet to mine and Edward’s bedroom which was very sweet of her! 

Lastly we just wanted to say how incredible Steve Eggleton was!!! He really was such an integral part to making our day perfect.

We had the most amazing day and even the build-up, all fantastic! 

Thank you so much for all of your hard work, the whole team, the whole venue, the whole setup was superb. Whilst everyone was amazing we especially wanted to thank you, Luke, Andreas and Noel.  The “customer facing” team were brilliant; the food too - literally excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, both in preparation for the day up to the day itself. Money and time, very well spent! Beautiful and so grateful to all involved, 5*!

The wedding day was fantastic and we had the best day! Thanks to you and the team for all your help.

The day went really smoothly and the team were integral to making that happen. The hotel manager upgraded my room from the Horsley Place to the Towers the night before which was really great and the events manager on the day was really helpful too. I would definitely recommend Horsley Towers to anybody else looking to get married. The venue itself was also beautiful and all our guests were impressed!

It really was a wonderful day for the both of us and our friends and family (although, let’s be honest, the venue itself sells itself!). Everyone had a fantastic time and we are grateful to absolutely everyone involved in the day, from yourself and Kate, to the wait staff, bar staff, fantastic chefs (the food was top notch) and those tidying up (until so late, we noticed).

Our wedding day at The Towers … was as Michael said “perfect”. The care that was taken to give us the day we had wanted and imagined meant a lot to us both.

Luke and the whole of his team were superb; kind, considerate, professional, relaxed and made the whole day and evening run 100% smoothly which allowed us to enjoy our day without any worries.  Please do let them know from us,  how much we appreciate all their hard work to give us the best day!  We would also like to acknowledge how delicious the food was and thank Ben for that. Our guests were very impressed too - “best food we have ever had at a wedding”.  Not easy to deliver such a high standard to a large group of people. The service was also perfect. 

I would also like to say once again Isabel, a big thank you to you for holding all our ideas and helping me when I felt overwhelmed during the planning of our day!

We are looking forward to coming back next year to celebrate our anniversary. You all made our day so special.

Kate, Luke, Ginta, Iwona and the rest of the wedding team (apologies I don’t know all of you by name).

Having finally taken a breath and now being back to reality, I can reflect on our truly magical day.

Our guests were thrilled from start to finish; this was our most important request and this is what you executed.

The day flowed from start to finish with ease; ‘never a dull moment’, the food was delicious and the service impeccable.

The barrel bar exceeded our expectations along with the little touches as a team we all made possible (ice cubes, Aperol drinks, fresh fruit).

‘Attention to detail’ mentioned to Layla and I as well as the ‘singing waiters’ (chefs) performance which filled the room with emotion, ecstasy and complete surprise.

The wedding breakfast room looked completely stunning. That worked out perfectly leading to the terrace and steps!

We can’t thank you enough; you’ve help to create memories which will never ever leave us.

The support we received leading up to the day was excellent. It put us at ease to know things were in good hands and I don’t honestly think we could have wished for anything more from either you and your team or the suppliers we chose.

The Great Hall looked beautiful for the ceremony and was stunning for the wedding breakfast - everyone thought it was a gorgeous setting and all the waiting and bar staff were courteous and professional. The food was fantastic and everything was cooked to perfection. I had raved about how good the food was and we were not let down at all.

We are so glad we chose Horsley Towers as our venue.  A simply magical place supported by a thorough, efficient and professional team.

Our wedding day was the best, everything seemed to go like clockwork.

Iwona was amazing, she was very professional, making sure nothing was a miss. Also thanks to you, Kate and Carly, for your emails, keeping me up-to-date with the progress, answering my silly questions… we are so happy that we picked De Vere Horsley Estate, you have all done an amazing job, the food was 5 stars – we had compliments from every guest, even the evening guests loved the buffet.
