De Vere Canary Wharf unveils contemporary new meeting spaces

De Vere Canary Wharf has unveiled a new contemporary conference suite, following a refurbishment of what formerly was a restaurant on the property’s ground floor. The new conference suite includes seven stylish meeting rooms incorporating the latest tech and AV equipment, the biggest of which has capacity for up to 110 theatre-style.

The investment is part of the wider £50million investment in De Vere’s portfolio modern event spaces and country estate hotels.

As a result of the refurbishment, De Vere Canary Wharf is now home to 25 flexible, modern meeting spaces that can accommodate groups of two to 650 for meetings, conferences, training and team building events. Integrated throughout are the features of the company’s innovative Smart Space meeting concept. Smart Space comprises nine service elements including inspirational meeting rooms; a personal conference host; tech-savvy support and access to a team of specialists to help ensure delegates get moving and remain motivated throughout the day.

The first floor of the conference suite has a new dining concept courtesy of Burr & Co., the group’s artisan coffee brand, serving a regularly changing menu of delicious dishes designed by Group Nutritionist Wendy Martinson OBE, which focus on high quality seasonal produce and healthy, balanced nutrition. The largest space, The Canary Suite, offers a blank canvas allowing delegates to create an appropriate tone for the event. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a dedicated events team and the flexibility of being able to split into four separate rooms, De Vere Canary Wharf offers a business destination where meetings and events come to life.

With in-house tech savvy support and a dedicated conference host on hand throughout, events will be stress free allowing delegates to use their time efficiently.
