Set in the majestic 19th century former Beaumont College building, 1705 Restaurant & Bar will reveal a stylish and contemporary take on the estate’s rich and varied history this September.

Named after the year De Vere Beaumont Estate’s mansion house was re-designed by influential architect Jason Gibbs, 1705 Restaurant & Bar will boast a brand-new menu that serves delicious dishes inspired by Great British class and relaxed Italian classics.

The restaurant’s signature dish will be Burrleuch Steak, expertly reared and hung by Scottish farmers to create a full, distinctive and succulent flavour. Diners will also be able to enjoy Ham hock & pea terrine, Lamb double cutlets, Meats from the grill and Roast breast of chicken; plus, Italian favourites such as Chargrilled tiger prawn linguine and Stone baked ai fungi.

In true British fashion, the alfresco Courtyard Wood fired Pizza oven will be serving up delights all year round, for either those who wish to enjoy the great outdoors on the new terrace or sit inside the chic dining room.

Asuman Kocak, Restaurant & Bar Manager at 1705 Restaurant & Bar, said, “We are excited in the anticipation of welcoming the local community and hotel residents back in to the totally re-imagined restaurant and bar. Our desire is for it to become the location of choice for intimate dinners, family or celebration get-togethers and we look forward to opening the doors once again in September for guests to experience this first-hand.”

The new restaurant and bar has been designed to relax and unwind diners. Fresh and airy, the lofty space mixes sumptuous sofas with contemporary brass and leather accents, with the traditional feature ceiling taking centre stage.

1705 Bar offers guests a stylish space serving cocktails created by on-site mixologists and an impressive wine list. With rich jewel toned furniture, warm lighting and a glossy bar top, 1705 Bar is a welcome addition to Windsor’s evening attractions.

Whether an appetite for opulent dining, a casual bite to eat, or a stop to enjoy a crisp glass of wine, 1705 Restaurant & Bar has perfected every dining experience. Starters start from £6 and mains from £10. Open seven-days a week, 1705 Bar will be open daily from 10.30am till late with 1705 Restaurant welcoming diners from 6pm till 9.30pm.
