I just wanted to email to say a massive thank you for your help in organising our ball and being so accommodating in our many changes in requests throughout the process. We all had a fantastic time and received amazing reviews about the venue itself and overall event! We will be sure to use the venue again.

Our 50th Anniversary Luncheon was the best one I have attended and that is in no small way to the terrific support we had from you and your team on the day. The following are just a few of the comments that I have had today:

Room Layout – Beautiful especially with colour effect

Table Layout – was good by spacing the tables out a bit more – a good move

Food was excellent – all courses – clean plates all round

Serving Staff – had so many comments about them – all good, very polite very helpful and all with a genuine smile

Bar staff – just the right number this year and everyone was served

Managers – Mario couldn’t be more helpful – arranging everything for us and the young lady in charge of the serving staff must be complemented on her efficiency and friendly manner.

Thank you, Roxana, for all your help and assistance and we will be booking again for next year.

I just wanted to express my thanks to you and the rest of the team for yet another lovely evening at the Grand Connaught Rooms. Once again, everything went so well; the Crown Room is a beautiful setting for a meal - which was delicious.

My particular thanks to Mario, who ensured that everything went smoothly, the service was once again very efficient. We look forward to dining again with you in May.
