The Hub

The Hub is De Vere Horsley Estate’s newly-refurbished Smart Space area comprising of a suite of immaculate meeting rooms featuring superfast WiFi up to 500MB, a dedicated lounge, a coffee and refreshments station and the very latest IT audio-visual facilities.

Situated within the contemporary setting of Horsley Place, The Hub comprises nine meeting spaces for 6 to 100 people, which can be booked individually, in groups - or all together to offer exlusive use. If branding is required, we can offer temporary signage and audio-visual options to perfectly compliment your brand and event. 

When the weather’s fair, you’ll also have direct access to The Hub’s courtyard which can be used as an open-air breakout space, somewhere to take refreshment, or a place to work. The Hub coutyard can also be booked exclusively for outdoor lunches, barbecues and team-building events. Teambuilding events can extend forther into the 75 acre Estate, where you’ll find open spaces, woodland areas - and even a 7-hole frisbee golf course. The Grooms Room can also be hired, with full-size snooker table, table tennis, table football, darts and arcade basketball.

If you’re planning an event in 2023 we’d be more than happy to show you the spaces in person. We’ll also give you complimentary rooms for the night,* with breakfast the following morning. And, if you’re arriving by train to Horsley, Guildford or Dorking stations, we’ll send a taxi to pick you up.
