- Baird Patio and The Belvedere - an elegant terrace overlooking the rear gardens with lawn area for teambuilding activities. Can be roped off for indoor/outdoor exclusive use
- The Tipi - for meetings, parties and private dining, with a festival-feel and atmosphere. And fully-heated for chillier evenings
- Mansion House lawn - vast lawned area in the shadow of the mansion house. Ideal for large-scale teambuilding events, complsete with horsebox bar for refreshment
- Outdoor kitchen - a fine spot for corporate formal and informal dinners, lunches and parties, with the option to add the tipi to the experience
