2025 festive parties and breaks at De Vere Horsley Estate

Nestled amidst acres of Surrey parkland, De Vere Horsley Estate has the heritage and history to host a memorable festive celebration.

Designed and built in 1820 by the Houses of Parliament architect, Sir Charles Barry, this ancestral seat of the Lovelace and Sopwith families is a magical festive retreat.

Whether you’re catching up with loved ones or partying the night away with colleagues, our fine wines, mouth-watering menus and glittering decorations will ensure everyone enjoys a festive occasion to remember.

We’re now taking bookings and enquiries for Christmas 2025, with private party and join-a-party nights from £60 per person. We also have some ‘early bird’ discounts available, including a complimentary bedroom for every 20 guests booked, when you book before 31^st July 2025.
