Investment continues in De Vere’s portfolio

De Vere Cotswold Water Park

De Vere Cotswold Water Park, located near Cirencester in the heart of over 150 lakes, has had 25 of its deluxe bedrooms fully refurbished with new carpets, art work, furniture and redesigned en-suite bathrooms, whilst all the hotel’s other bedrooms have been refreshed with new carpets.

One of the hotel’s restaurants, The Brasserie, has been transformed with new carpets, art work and furniture giving it a contemporary interior which makes the most of the stunning lakeside views.

The hotel’s 21 flexible event spaces have also now been refreshed with new carpets, whilst The Kingfisher and Drake suites, the hotel’s largest event spaces, have received a major refurbishment. The new design in both suites includes exposed Cotswold stone walls and feature paneling to complement the surrounding natural landscape and also bringing it in line with De Vere’s distinctly British aesthetic.

De Vere Latimer Estate

De Vere Latimer Estate, located near Chesham in Buckinghamshire, has unveiled the results of a refurbishment to its two contemporary standalone events centres, The Waterhouse and The Mews.

The work has seen both the lobbies transformed and all bedrooms and ensuites refurbished and re-styled to bring them in line with De Vere’s distinctly British aesthetic. Each bedroom blends a heritage colour palette of muted greens, taupe, and cream with tan accents throughout and complete with luxurious facilities including high quality toiletries and smart TVs.

De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms

Located in the heart of London’s West End, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms is an iconic event venue with a history dating back to 1775. The Grand Hall, which creates an impressive event space for up to 750 guests theatre style and 1,500 guests for a drinks reception, has had new carpets fitted whilst the venue’s rooftop penthouse has been tastefully refurbished with new furniture, wooden decking, planters and shaded areas to make a unique, outdoor event space with view of the city, ideal for summer parties and drinks receptions.

De Vere Cranage Estate

De Vere Cranage Estate, located in Cheshire, has completed an extensive refurbishment which includes the transformation of bedrooms, corridors and leisure facilities, as well as the introduction of electric vehicle charging points.

More than £850,000 has been invested updating 25 of its Deluxe bedrooms, along with the hotel’s corridors which have been refreshed with a contemporary colour palette and new carpets, along with carefully selected artwork featuring nods to the hotel’s history and countryside setting.
