De Vere Cotswold Water Park raises almost £1,000 for charity

De Vere Cotswold Water Park has raised £955 for Brighter Futures, the charity for Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Twelve members of the team took part, with their furry friends, in the Super Hero Run Day where they were challenged to run, jog or walk 5k.

The funds raised go towards the charity’s ‘Way Forward Appeal’ which is raising additional funds for the expansion of the their urgent and emergency care department. Donations will enable Great Western Hospitals to create welcoming and calm environments which meet the needs of all their patients.

Dan Kelly, General Manager at De Vere Cotswold Water Park commented: “Our fantastic team are always looking for ways to support our local communities and charities close to their hearts, and I would like to say a huge thank you to them, and to all of our guests and supporters who helped us to raise the money.”
