Situated just north of Bristol, De Vere Tortworth Court, part of De Vere’s collection of country estate hotels, has today unveiled the results of a refurbishment of 37 of its bedrooms, situated around the hotel’s historic Courtyard.

The newly upgraded bedrooms are part of a bigger, multi-million-pound investment into De Vere Tortworth Court and the wider De Vere portfolio. Guests will now have access to four new accessible rooms, eight courtyard suites and 25 deluxe courtyard rooms.

The bedrooms, which effortlessly combine original Victorian features with 21st century style and comfort, blend a heritage colour palette of muted greens, taupe, and cream with chic tan accents. The Courtyard rooms are complete with luxurious facilities including walk-in showers, roll-top baths, fluffy robes and slippers, classic Roberts radios and high-quality toiletries.

Raphael Herzog, General Manager at De Vere Tortworth Court, commented: “The newly refurbished Courtyard bedrooms at De Vere Tortworth Court have been carefully designed to ensure they celebrate the local environment, whilst nodding to the historic past at Tortworth, yet have a contemporary edge that meets the needs of modern travellers. This refurbishment marks the next phase of the hotel’s transformation, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results.”
