Agency agreements 

We are delighted to work with IATA or TIDS registered venue finding agencies.

Agency commission

We currently have a commission model that is payable on all pre-booked applicable packages (including food), room hire and accommodation.

Commission may be paid to bonafide booking agents (IATA or TIDS registered agencies) at 8% + VAT on the gross value of the event, where the booking had been sourced and generated by the agency concerned.

The gross value of the event is defined as being all accommodation, room hire, conference packages and pre-booked food (pre-booked at the time of contracting) including VAT.

Exclusions include (but are not limited to) AV equipment, outsourced elements and any other element not covered by the above definition.

Agency offer

We offer fantastic bedroom rates to our agents, as a thank you for all your hard work.

Rooms on a bed and breakfast basis are available at selected properties from only £50 per room per night.
