De Vere Beaumont Estate completes half a million-pound refurbishment
De Vere Beaumont Estate, located in Old Windsor, part of De Vere’s collection of historic mansion house estates, distinctive contemporary hotels and event destinations, has unveiled the results of a refurbishment to its Balmoral Suite.
The refurbishment saw £500,000 invested to re-position the Balmoral Suite, a meeting and events space located in the hotel’s Conference Village, which can host up to 180 delegates.
The works carried out have seen the Balmoral Suite completely upgraded with new interior décor and furniture. Now fully self-contained, the installation of a new bar and hot buffet section, makes the space ideal for exclusive use events.
The upgrades, which enhanced the facilities to become fully accessible, also saw the addition of a new terrace, which has been built to provide an additional space for outdoor breakout sessions or alfresco networking lunches, whilst also giving direct access to De Vere Beaumont Estate’s 44-acres of grounds.
Darren McGhee, Venue Director at De Vere Beaumont Estate, commented: We’re thrilled with the transformation of the Balmoral Suite. The space now meets the evolving needs of our guests, offering a modern, versatile and fully accessible environment that’s suitable for large events.”
Event organisers can now book De Vere Beaumont Estate’s Sustainable Spaces Package, which has been designed to encourage mindful choices that help reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality or experience. For a small fee of £5 per delegate, the Sustainable Spaces includes:
Event carbon footprint offsetting
No daily room service, saving on water and energy
Reusable De Vere water bottles
Stationary station with essential writing materials only
