Painstakingly and sympathetically restored, refurbished and updated for the 21st-century, Wokefield House is an inspiring place to enjoy the De Vere Reserve experience. As you approach the estate along the sweeping driveway, past the golf course and the ancient oak trees, the feeling of anticipation builds – and then Wokefield House is revealed in all its 18th-century splendour. Your De Vere Reserve experience is apparent inside and out. If you’d care to dine with us, we’ll make sure you have the best seats in the house. Afternoon tea can be taken in Wokefield House or on the handsome terrace when the sun shines. The 250 acres of lush, green land are at your disposal during your stay – and don’t forget to bring your golf clubs if you fancy a round or two. Further afield, the likes of Highclere Castle (AKA Downton Abbey) and Windsor Castle are a short drive away.
