Just 10 minutes from J11 of the M4, 40 minutes to Heathrow and fast, direct rail links to London Paddington, De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading has flexible event spaces for conferences, meetings and training, along with grounds for team building which include 40ft climbing towers and a zipwire.
The estate is home to the state-of-the-art Wokefield Place and the classic Mansion House offering a total of 39 meeting rooms between them. Newly-refurbished, the Wokefield Suite is a large, modern and flexible space making it ideal for events up to 500 guests. Thank you for your hard work in helping organise our Leadership Conference, everything worked out amazingly. The Parry room worked perfectly, even though we thought at first it was too small. The staff day & evening that were on hand to help were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The Pantry where we had dinner and bar area for the evening was fantastic, thank you again for changing the room for dinner last minute. Check in of rooms on Thursday with all the additional people was smooth, loved the group check in, more hotels should have this!! The best thing, I wasn’t stressed as you had everything in hand. I’ve had nothing but positive feedback from attendees, they have all said it was a great hotel/venue and looking forward to returning in April.

The event went very well… all of the team were great, especially those that looked after us at dinner and the gentleman on the day of the meeting. He was on hand for all of our needs, and made the day go without a hitch. He was even there to hold the door open at breaks and lunch!
