Imagine brainstorming sessions under the ‘Cedar View Canopy’ stretch tent, teambuilding exercises on vast, manicured lawns or simply a refreshing break amidst sculpted artworks. The extensive outdoor spaces at De Vere Beaumont Estate provide outstanding backdrops for creative thinking, effortless productivity and rewarding relaxation.
Outdoor spaces, at a glance
- White House lawn - a majestic space for teambuilding, yoga at sunrise, drinks receptions and team photos
- 1705 courtyard - former prep school exercise yard, great for initial meets & debriefs, speeches, and informal lunches
- Beaumont lawn - a vast area with the ‘Cedar View Canopy’ stretch tent for teambuilding, marquees and street food stalls
- Hanover patio - in the shadow of the Virginia creeper old school, for informal dining, horsebox bar, with the flexibility of adding a covered exhibition space
- Beaumont terrace - a prime space for BBQs, street food and pizza-making classes, with seating for up to 50 people
- White House bottom lawn – situated at the front of the property, this is a large, sloped lawn measuring over 26,500m sq. Great for teambuilding, inflatables, zorbing and more
- Tennis court – we have a dedicated hard court and a multipurpose hard court, both at the back of the property. Available for general guest hire by the hour
- Nature trail – a peaceful path perfect for a casual stroll. Located behind the war memorial

Making teambuilding anything but usual
At our country hotels, we’ve made our great outdoors as impressive as our great indoors. And with great outdoor space comes the opportunity for great teambuilding events.
Acres of landscaped grounds and unique teambuilding facilities mean business here will be anything but usual. Think tepee retreats and introductory yoga, but also assault courses and a high ropes course.
