Located just outside of Guildford, five miles from J10 of the M25 and with direct train routes into London Waterloo; De Vere Horsley Estate has 51 flexible event spaces across three settings for conferences, meetings and training, along with grounds for teambuilding.
Choose Horsley Estate, a modern Management Centre where flexible spaces, neutral tones and natural light combine to create a fresh and energising backdrop. Overall, we would highly recommend De Vere Horsley as a great venue with amazing grounds, great conference facilities and above and beyond attentive stuff whether it was at reception with Teo and Susanne or with Marek, Peter, Sheldon, Andreas etc for the daily interactions to keep us going.

Just a quick not to thank you and your fantastic teams for hosting us again at Horlsey Towers, and for providing such a wonderful setting for our Christmas Party. The venue looked wonderful (we are so lucky to be able to use this superb location on occasion throughout the year), and the bar team in particular were amazing, working their socks off to ensure that everything was set up properly and that they were able to deliver excellent service throughout the evening (Andreas and his assistant were real stars on the night!).
We look forward to returning to The Great Hall in 2025, but in the meantime, thank you (all) again, and have a very happy Christmas.
The whole team truly impressed me with their proactiveness and willingness to help—they went above and beyond.
A special mention to Andreas and Brad from the bar and restaurant in the Tower together with their team. They were incredibly professional, and everyone agreed that their level of service is something you rarely come across nowadays.
Peter, whose personality and kindness made me feel very valued as a customer. He also went out of his way to give me a lift to the other hotel on Tuesday night.
All the ladies at reception, who were super helpful despite my numerous requests and always greeted us with a smile.
