Intro
There is no better way to relax than with one of our spa time experiences. Whether you are celebrating a hen party. Birthday or anniversary, or just in need of some serious pampering, our Spa 6 time packages have been designed to relax rebalance and revitalise your mind body and spirit to ensure you have time to remember. Our experiences are inclusive of afternoon tea served from 1pm-3:30pm and 2 hours use of all our facilities including our spa pool with sauna & steam room.
We will provide you with a robe and towel for your experience. Please bring along your own footwear and a £1 coin or token to operate our lockers. You can also purchase both item from the spa reception.
Rasul Scrub & Rub experience
Package includes:
45 minute Rasul Scrub & Rub treatment
Use of our spa facilities, including our spa pool, sauna and steam room
A delicious afternoon tea in our Lounge Bar
Create your own personalised Rasul journey to suit your mood and satisfy your senses.
Choose a scrub for shakedown, then enjoy the ancient Arabic Rasul ritual tradition.

Drift Away Spa Day
Our Drift Away Spa Day is the ultimate package for anyone looking for relaxation and tranquility.
The day includes a Breathe Easy Back Massage, Dry Flotation Experience, Afternoon Tea and use of the facilities.

DRY FLOTATION - 25 MINS
Complete relaxation for the body and mind. For the ultimate state of tranquility delight in the sensation of
complete weightlessness in the warm water of our flotation tank. This natural state of complete relaxation
significantly enhances physical and mental health and wellbeing. Our Dry Flotation bed is worth 3-4 hours
of catch-up sleep.

Sunrise Spa
Enjoy spa & gym access between 7.30am and 9.30am with our ‘Sunrise spa’ package. Includes use of sauna & steam room, coffee and

Half Day Spa Experience
The Spa6 half day spa experience offers enough time to allow you to switch off, unwind, relax and repair.
Your experience will include:
Two hours’ access to the gym and hydrotherapy pool complete with a sauna, steam room and heated loungers.
A scrumptious afternoon tea.
You will also have the choice of a 50 minute treatment. This includes our relaxing face & body, rebalancing ritual or revitalising ritual.
