The Mallard and Kingfisher Suites are our largest spaces accommodating up to 400 and 370 guests respectively. These light-filled rooms feature impressive floor-to-ceiling windows and lakeside private decking; to set the tone for a memorable event. Or discover interiors carefully designed to complement the natural landscape in the Teal Room. An ideal setting for smaller meetings with its own private lounge and balcony overlooking the lake.

The hotel provided the perfect setting for such a large event with the spacious marquee being adjacent to the syndicate rooms – that rapid turnaround between sessions almost ran itself!
The turnround for dinner and the bar and entertainment being all in one place proved to be equally successful.
However, it’s not all about the facilities when running an event for above 300 – it can be a challenge as a single event manager on site without the help and support of the onsite team to work with as “one team” - delivering the best we can together for the customer – with one goal – a successful event and the team at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park were simply outstanding.

At ah!media we have had the pleasure of working in partnership with De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel for 3 years now, in that time we have always felt like a valued and respected client. The team are always proactive in their communication, attentive when it comes to looking after our team and our client guests and flexible when required to ensure the events we host with them offer the best experience possible. Unlike other venues where sometimes the different teams in the hotel feel isolated form one-another, the team at De Vere feels like a single entity able to collaborate effectively when required to ensure a seamless experience.
